Full Spectrum Leader

Full Spectrum Leader was developed for the U.S. Army and Singapore Armed Forces by Quicksilver in conjunction with the USC Institute for Creative Technologies in Marina del Rey, CA. It is a successor to Full Spectrum Command, Quicksilver’s company commander training product.

The product is a real-time “cognitive training” simulator. It teaches platoon leaders how to plan effective operations through careful mission analysis, then lets them experience the operation from the platoon leader’s point of view. Trainees must evaluate the situation as it evolves from moment to moment, issuing orders to their squad leaders using an innovative radial menu system.
