Bill Fisher talks about mobile at the local GameSIG of the IEEE

Bill Fisher recently was asked to make a presentation to the local GameSIG of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) about mobile game development. As President of Quicksilver Software, Inc., Bill has been closely involved in the company's mobile projects over the last five years. His presentation started by discussing the overall market for mobile games, then covered the pluses and minuses of the Java ME and BREW systems in detail.
